If you use wordpress.com you can set your filter setting area to have all comments approved before they display to the public.
If you have a habit of snacking and drinking unhealthy beverages in between meals, you can start reversing the snacking habit by practicing fasting in between meals. Eliminate snack foods and unhealthy beverages slowly, and don’t make yourself irritable. If a craving is overwhelming or irritability starts setting in, then indulge. Continue from there and keep changing the way you think about food by becoming aware of what foods are healthy and not so healthy. If you do need a little energy in between meals, try sipping on an ounce or two of organic fruit and vegetable juices. If you’re just bored and looking to fill the gap, try hot or cold teas without sugar. Try adding honey instead. Avoid sugar substitutes if possible. During times when you are not fasting, try healthy snacks such as raw fruits, or whole grain foods. After your fasting interval, you will want to reintroduce a healthy well balanced meal, and reduce your total intake (volume) of food.
SALT: Also reduce intake of excess salts from meals by not salting foods. Salt in moderation is good for the body. Excess salt intake will just make you retain water and is not healthy. Your taste buds will change as you remove foods with excess salt from your diet slowly.

OK, You may not have the time, motivation,
or energy right now to work out for 30 minutes
all at once. But you should be able to find small intervals of time
throughout the day to do your exercises that will add up
for a total of 20 to 30 minutes of exercise each day. The stopwatch will help you keep track of time. Each time
you begin, just click the start button, and each time you stop
hit the stop button. Make sure NOT to hit the reset button, and
your time will accumulate as you workout a few minutes at a
time throughout the day as you have time.
If you take a little time in between your daily schedule
throughout the day, you should be able to easily squeeze out a workout somewhere
in between a busy day.
This approach is a great way to get a workout in when you know
that you just don’t have time to get to the gym.
